It was TV presenter Nick Owen who labelled Sid Kirkham's work Lowryesque, igniting a demand for his work which has seen him become one of the biggest selling artists in the UK.
Well, Sid returned the compliment on Thursday 9th July 2015 with a visit to BBC TV studios and a surprise presentation on-air to the broadcaster and former Chairman of Luton Town FC.
